KEVIN CURRIN

Kevin, his wife Kate, and their three children love calling Orange County home. Kevin is a native of North Carolina, having grown up in Johnston County. After attending college in South Carolina, he returned to the Research Triangle to pursue a career in golf. As much as he loved the game, a career change was calling, so after meeting Kate he shifted his focus to construction, which he had done on and off since childhood. He started in renovations and then moved to new construction and founding Grayrose Properties, LLC. Kevin has a great eye for design and an attention to detail that sets his houses apart.
